At some point in our lives when we feel overwhelmed with lif'e's challenges, we can benefit from having another person in a confidential and supportive environment to help us resolve an emotional challenge or cope with a personal experience. In my 15 years of clinical practice, I have been on a journey of healing, personal growth and understanding with people struggling with anxiety, stress, relationships, loss and life changes.
My therapeutic orientation is Cognitive Therapy which emphasizes the examination of thoughts and beliefs connected to our moods, behaviors, physical experiences, and events in our lives. What we think effects our emotions, what we do, what we avoid, and our physiological reactions. Cognitive Therapy is a very useful tool that can open doors that are blocking your path to happiness.
